چکیده
In the quest to reduce energy consumption, there is a growing demand for technology beyond silicon as electronic materials neuromorphic artificial intelligence devices. Equipped with criteria of efficiency and excellent adaptability, organohalide perovskites can emulate characteristics synaptic functions in human brain. this aspect, study designs develops CsFAPbI3-based memristive devices that switch at low power show larger endurance by adopting powder engineering methodology. The exhibit an ultra-high paired-pulse facilitation index applied electric stimuli pulse. Moreover, transition from short-term long-term memory requires ultra-low long relaxation times. learning training cycles illustrate faster memorization process owing their carrier lifetime compared other perovskites. results provide pathway attain low-power are synchronic brain's performance.

متن کاملSteep switching devices for low power applications: negative differential capacitance/resistance field effect transistors
Simply including either single ferroelectric oxide layer or threshold selector, we can make conventional field effect transistor to have super steep switching characteristic, i.e., sub-60-mV/decade of subthreshold slope. One of the representative is negative capacitance FET (NCFET), in which a ferroelectric layer is added within its gate stack. The other is phase FET (i.e., negative resistance ...
متن کاملElectronic structure modulation for low-power switching
We report the transport characteristics of a novel transistor based on the electronic structure modulation of the channel. The gate voltage-controlled current modulation arises from the bandwidth manipulation of a midgap or a near-midgap state. We show that the transistor exhibits a gain and overcomes the 2.3 kBT/decade thermal limit in the inverse subthreshold slope where kB is the Boltzmann c...
متن کاملHigh Power Switching Devices: Past, Present and Future
Switching devices are key components in any power electronic circuit or system as they control and limit the flow of power from the source to the load. Their power level requirements (current & voltage) and switching frequency are continually increasing in the power electronic industry, and this demands larger and faster switching devices. This paper will focus on the development of high power ...
